in our service area or anywhere in the U.S. — they also offer tools to help you
find the doctors and facilities that best meet your specific needs.
Find a Physician/Facility
Find participating doctors and facilities that participate with your coverage
plan. Typically your care will be covered with the lowest out-of-pocket
costs when you use network-participating doctors and facilities. Since networks
differ by coverage plans, please use the links below to find participating
doctors and facilities that participate with your coverage plan.
If you live or work inside our service area you should use
BlueCare EPO doctors and hospitals to receive covered services at the
highest level of coverage. You can also use BlueCard
PPO doctors and hospitals for services outside our local 13-county
service area and receive covered services at a higher out-of-pocket cost.
If you live and work outside our service area you can use
BlueCard PPO providers for services outside the 13-county service area
and BlueCare EPO providers
for services inside our service area for the highest level of coverage.

These individual plan products use only the Highmark Blue Shield doctor
(professional provider) network. Please note that the hospital and medical
supply networks listed on the Highmark Blue Shield website are not applicable.
