Employer Information

If you’re an employer and have questions about your group coverage, you can always call your sales executive. He or she can discuss with you your options for health care coverage and explain how to go about making changes or obtaining new coverage. Billing Questions

We have a toll-free phone number dedicated to group benefits administrators. Call 1.877.292.0714 for direct access to the team responsible for your group’s bill. Representatives are available to answer your questions about monthly billing discrepancies, amounts in arrears or to clarify charges due to retroactive enrollments or changes.

Benefits vary depending on your specific coverage. These phone numbers may not apply for all groups. Read your contract carefully to determine which health care benefits are covered.

Insurance Fraud is a Serious Crime
