From Interstate 81 (North and South)

- From Interstate 81, take Wilkes-Barre Exit 170B onto PA-309 (toward Wilkes-Barre).
- Take Exit 2 (Center City).
- At traffic light at end of ramp, turn left onto Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
- Go to third traffic light. Turn right onto Scott Street.
- At first traffic light, turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue.
- At first traffic light, turn right onto Union Street.
- At the second traffic light, turn left onto North Main Street.

The building is located a little more than halfway down the block on the left-hand side. Parking is available in the lot next to the building and in the lot across the street.

From Interstate 476 of the PA Turnpike

- From Interstate 476 of the PA Turnpike, take Exit 105 (Wilkes-Barre).
- At end of exit ramp, turn left onto PA-115 North (turns into Route 309 N).
- Take Exit 2 (Center City).
- At traffic light at end of ramp, turn left onto Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
- Go to third traffic light. Turn right onto Scott Street.
- At first traffic light, turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue.
- At first traffic light, turn right onto Union Street.
- At the second traffic light, turn left onto North Main Street.

From Williamsport, PA (West)

- Take US-15 South to I-80 East.
- Continue on I-80 East to I-81 North via Exit 151B (on the left) toward Wilkes-Barre.
- From Interstate 81, take Wilkes-Barre Exit 170B onto PA-309 (toward Wilkes-Barre).
- Take Exit 2 (Center City).
