Coronary Artery Disease Management Program

Members/insureds of Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania who have or are at risk of developing coronary artery disease are encouraged to participate in our Coronary Artery Disease Management Program. We partner with our members/insureds and doctors offering the resources, education and support needed to take action to help reduce the chances of a cardiac event. The program does not replace the care of a doctor or other provider; instead, the program partners with them to offer additional support and resources that help manage this disease.
