You can find information about location, distance, number of patients and
services provided by simply

Once you enter the BlueCross and BlueShield Association’s website, you will be
on the BlueCard Doctor and Hospital Finder page.

Enter your 3-character alpha prefix found on your identification card, right
before your identification number and click continue to begin. (You must be an
enrolled member to access this service.)

Choose 'Review Hospital Profiles' from the column on the right.

Choose a category; i.e., Heart – Surgical.

Choose a procedures/diagnosis; i.e., Angioplasty.

Enter a Zip Code; i.e., 18711.

Choose a distance; i.e., 20 miles.
The site will populate the information in relation to your input.
