MyHealth Mobile is an exciting new service that allows you to carry your personal health information with you at all times by securely sending them to your mobile phone where they stay locked away until needed. Access your records anytime, anywhere – even when you don’t have reception. Simply manage your online health records through the MyHealth Solution website and your mobile phone will be updated daily.

Critical information—at your fingertips

  • Create a MySummary page to store personal information such as:

Member Information
Insurance Information
Allergies
Immunizations
Medications

  • Update your health record on the web and sync information to your mobile phone daily.
  • Fax any or all information on your phone to any fax number you wish.
  • Create an “Other Users” account to share your health record or view others’ health records on your mobile phone.
  • Allow a guest user to view your personal health record online by creating a one-time ID and password from your mobile phone.
  • Manage your account and change your PIN, from your phone.

Getting started

First, set up your personal health record on the MyHealth Solution website:

  1. Go to www.bcnepa.com/mhMyHealth.aspx
  2. If you have not registered for MyHealth Solution, you need to do that first:
  1. Click on “Register” in the blue “Self-Service” box on the right of the page.
  2. Input the requested information and set up your username and password.
  1. Once on the MyHealth Solution page, select “Personal Health Record” at the top of the page. Fill in your personal health information. This is the information you will have whenever you need it, via your mobile phone.

If you have already set up a personal health record on the MyHealth Solution website:

  1. Enter your MyHealth Solution username and password in the blue “Self-Service” box and click “login.”
  2. Under the “Available Applications” screen, click “Enter” in the MyHealth Mobile section.
  3. On the MyHealth Mobile site, input your phone number and select your phone carrier and your phone’s manufacturer and model from the drop-down list. If you can’t fi nd your phone on the list, check back again soon; we are continually adding new devices.
  4. Your phone will receive a text message with a link to download MyHealth Mobile to your phone. Follow the instructions to download the application. Be sure to write down the PIN used to activate the application on your mobile device.
  5. Once you create your own security PIN, you’re ready to start using the new technology.
