BlueCare HMO Plus is our open access HMO plan offering the
principal benefits of managed care while preserving your freedom to obtain
health care service from BlueCard® providers directly and
receive care at a lower benefit level.
Members are asked to select a Primary Care Physician from our network
of participating providers. Maximum plan benefits are received when
health care services are received within our 13-county network of participating
providers or with approval (prior authorization).
As with BlueCare HMO, you will enjoy all the benefits of managed care when
you choose BlueCare HMO Plus, along with a significant degree of provider
choice and flexibility.
