BlueCare Qualified High Deductible PPO is our new high deductible health plan
product offered by First Priority Life Insurance Company.
BlueCare QHD PPO utilizes a network of hospitals, doctors, and health-care
professionals to provide a comprehensive, cost-effective benefit plan. Using
preferred providers guarantees the least out-of-pocket expense.
All covered services are subject to the deductible and coinsurance with the
exception of some preventive services.
A health savings account (HSA) can be attached to this product, and it would
be your group’s responsibility to contract directly with a financial
institution to administer the HSA that would accompany BlueCare QHD PPO.
