CoNexus is a web-based reporting system that gives you valuable claims utilization data to help you manage your health care plan benefits and costs. It allows you to:

  • Understand and manage key cost trends and drivers
  • Analyze health care trends
  • Identify utilization patterns

Working with your BCNEPA account manager and your group-specific utilization data, we can help you:

  • Select the right coverage plans and cost-sharing tools
  • Evaluate benefit options
  • Identify appropriate solutions

Remember that when you are done with your session, it is important to follow the logoff process to end your session:

In order to keep your information secure, follow these steps when exiting your work session:

  1. Close any reports that are open.
  2. Go the CoNexus “tools” menu on the right.
  3. Select the “logout” button.
  4. Read the “Important Security Notice” and select the “close” button to completely close your Internet connection.
