Billing Questions

We have a toll-free phone number dedicated to group benefits administrators. Call 1.877.292.0714 for direct access to the team responsible for your group’s bill. Representatives are available to answer your questions about monthly billing discrepancies, amounts in arrears or to clarify charges due to retroactive enrollments or changes.

Benefits vary depending on your specific coverage. This phone number may not apply for all groups. Read your contract carefully to determine which health care benefits are covered.

Insurance Fraud is a Serious Crime

You can report suspected insurance fraud by either calling the Fraud & Abuse Hotline toll-free at 1.800.438.2478 or by emailing the Special Investigations Unit. All submissions are kept confidential.
